PURCHASE TERMS
SELLER José Luis Sanahuja, with tax and registered office 19000112L Carrer Sant Vicent, 23 La Vilavella, states that purchases made on the website www.naranjasclementina.com will be subject to the general conditions mentioned in the Document of Purchase Conditions and Spanish Law.
PLACE AN ORDER To make and confirm an order, the customer will navigate through the online store and choose the products they would like to purchase. Once the products have been selected, an independent payment gateway will open for credit card payment. Once the payment is completed, the customer will proceed to send their contact and delivery address details. In case of cash on delivery, the customer will shall pay the courier upon delivery of the order.
PRICES Prices are expressed in units (in this case 1 unit = 1 box), and Euros. Price payable by the customer will be the rate of purchase. Rates can be changed without notice. The sale price will always be the final price, and includes 7% VAT, transport costs and picking costs. The final price may vary on special occasions if extra service is required.
PRODUCTS Products offered on the website are citrus (mandarins and oranges), both for eating fresh and for juice. Depending on the season, the varieties of each product will vary. Mandarins and oranges are available in 10Kg and 15Kg boxes directly from the tree and without any post harvest treatment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Product availability is subject to weather conditions and end of season. When adverse weather conditions make it impossible to pick and deliver the citrus fruit, the costumer will be notified and given an order as soon as weather conditions make it possible.
PACKAGING Product is packaged in cardboard boxes with that display the company logo and brand. If returning a delivery, the product must retain the original packaging.
PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept payment of the product by credit / debit card, cash on delivery or electronic bank transfer.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY SPANISH PENINSULAR TERRITORY Dispatch of an order will only take place after confirmation of payment is received (unless special arrangements have been made with our sales team). Delivery days are Tuesday to Friday, inclusive. If a bank holiday falls between Tuesday and Friday, delivery will be postponed until the second business day after the last holiday. If the customer is not at home when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a contact telephone number which the customer will need to ring in order to arrange a NEXT DAY delivery time. If a NEXT DAY delivery cannot be made, the shipment will become the responsibility of the customer. No refund is allowed, within 3 days of its dispatch, unless it has been approved by a member of Naranjas Clementina. Naranjas Clementina reserves the right to accept or reject any request.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY OUT OF SPANISH PENINSULAR TERRITORY Dispatch of the order will only take place after confirmation of payment is received (unless special arrangements have been made with our sales team). Fruit will be picked on Monday and will be delivered three or four days after picking. If a bank holiday falls on a week day, delivery could be postponed or delayed. If the customer is not at home when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a contact telephone number which the customer will need to ring in order to arrange a NEXT DAY delivery time. If a NEXT DAY delivery cannot be made, the shipment will become the responsibility of the customer. No refund is allowed, after 6 days of its dispatch, unless it has been approved by a member of Naranjas Clementina. Naranjas Clementina reserves the right to accept or reject any request.
CLAIMS Any claim by the client, needs to be made to Naranjas Clementina within 24 hours of receipt of products. In the case of claim for any issues that arise during transportation, the claim must be made immediately upon receipt of the order. Should Naranjas Clementina need to refund an order, it is the customers responsibility to contact a member of Naranjas Clementina to agree the details of repayment and refund of payment.
ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUYER The fact of acceptance our terms of sale, involves, in case of dispute, the submission to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Nules, waiving their own jurisdiction. The customer will be responsible for the purchase and acceptance of general conditions, if a minor, they must have their parents or tutor permission before proceeding with the purchase and acceptance of conditions.
